Ice Scratchers

Ice Scratchers are the #1 must-have accessory to prevent hi-fax melt and premature wear. 

On the XFR and TRANSFER rear suspension, there is a set of holes in front of the forward suspension arm. These holes are intended for installing ice scratchers.

If you ride on hard-packed trails, a set of ice scratchers is essential for preserving your hi-fax. Without snow lubrication, the hi-fax can run dry, causing friction that heats up the clips on the track, potentially melting the hi-fax and wearing it out quickly.
