Jed Muhlestein

 Hometown: Heber, Utah

Jed Muhlestein was practically born with a dirt bike between his legs. Riding since the age of five, Jed has always found his happiest moments on two wheels—whether it’s on dirt, snow, motocross tracks, or trails. His passion for riding has been a lifelong adventure.

In 2008, Jed heard rumors of a snowbike conversion kit for dirt bikes and knew he had to try it. A test ride in 2009 changed everything—he was instantly hooked. The experience of exploring snow-covered terrain on his “dirt” bike opened up a whole new world. In 2010, he bought his first kit, and nearly 15 years later, his enthusiasm for the sport hasn’t wavered.

Jed loves introducing others to snowbiking and finds great satisfaction in seeing the excitement and amazement of first-time riders. Recently, he’s enjoyed sharing the sport with his kids and watching them learn and grow. His 16-year-old daughter even says her favorite thing to do is ride her snowbike at night in fresh powder—something Jed finds truly awesome.

Known online as Jethro450, Jed’s nickname originated in high school and combined with the Honda CRF450 he rode when he started on YouTube. The name stuck and is now featured across all his social media accounts and bike graphics.

Jed is thrilled to be part of the MTN.TOP team, joining a group that shares his passion for snowbiking and the goal of growing the sport through innovation and enthusiasm. He looks forward to hitting the backcountry with the MTN.TOP community and meeting fellow riders on the snow.
